Ontario's Cap and Trade Regulation Opportunities and Impact on Commercial Real Estate

Toronto, Ontario, Canada

8:30 AM - 9:45 AM

Climate change has an impact on how we manage and operate our buildings. Ontario implemented the greenhouse gas cap-and-trade system on January 1st, 2017. Buildings are not likely to be directly regulated by the cap and trade system, energy suppliers will be, and this has increased the cost of natural gas and electricity.

Join Golder's Sean Capstick, Principal, as he presents Ontario's Cap and Trade Regulation Opportunities and Impact on Commercial Real Estate, on May 3rd at SpringFest. During the seminar Sean will discuss and answer key questions like: What are the likely financial implications on building operations? How will existing energy efficiency improvement programs be impacted by the regulation? and more.

Venue Address:
Metro Toronto Convention Centre
North Building
255 Front St. W.
Toronto, ON
